The support will be offer when you need it until you recover from the anxiety and depression fully.
As victims you have to be able to accept what is going on. There are things that you cannot control or explain why they are happening. You need to know that you are just but a victim and you cannot do a thing about it. Don’t focus on it being that it is negative and look at the positive side of it.
